The property was ideal for us with our labrador. The garden was well enclosed with ample secure parking backing onto the forest. Quiet location, good for walking in the pine forest and also near the sea. A short 5 minute drive to the port with good choice of restaurants/cafe bars. A 5 minute drive also to the town centre with an excellent market on Monday mornings plus cafe/bars, bakeries and small boutique style shops. On the outskirts of town, an excellent supermarket with separate fresh fish section adjacent and petrol station. Very good location to explore the delights of the Vendée coast - great for families or people with dogs!

There was no breakfast but the host offered us things to eat. We used the fridge to store our medicines and that was no trouble. The host was very helpful.
