Location and facilities were great for us as we were visiting family on the urbanisation. Perfect for families, we went with our 7 month old baby.
Any issues raised were resolved and hosts / keyholder were very responsive and accommodating. We would book again.

The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. The public parts of the apartment block are also very clean. It's well located for shops, bars and the beach. It has a very sunny balcony with space to eat outside if you want. . There are laundry facilities if you are staying a little longer. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Liked the apartment but the amenities and beach were none existant.Bar 20mins walk shops/ restaurants 40mins walk beach 30mins drive.There were no bus's or trains and taxis were hard to get.Requested to be moved which the agent did.Had to pay for a taxi to pick up keys and a further 75 euro for the cleaning of the apartments.When we got to second apartment it was on 1st floor no lift and my husband has bad knee's which is why we requested ground floor when we first booked the apartment.
The villa was open, airy and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked quickly and efficiently! All utensils and amenities inside the property were more than adequate! All beds were very comfy and the showers were fantastic! The sun terrace was lovely to relax on in the evening and perfect for watching the sunset.
The Villa had everything you’d ever need, very peaceful & relaxing - loads of outside furniture too which was great being a family of 6. Supermarket is 2 min walk & has everything. Beautiful beaches 10 mins drive away.
The house with pool was fabulous , located in Ciudad Quesada which we didn't realise. Lovely, comfortable house. Airconditioning was great. Pool gets cleaned twice a week. The owners were fantastic, very helpful. We loved our stay. The closest beach we found was Playa Central, about 15 min away.
Lovely clean and comfortable property, perfect location for me, close to family who live locally. Short walk to local bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and golf course. A 10 minute drive to lovely beach in Guademar. Would stay again 😃
Without a doubt, one of the best villas we stopped over the years. Excellent and spacious pool, towels and sun longes all were available. Inside furniture, kitchen are all modern and new. Gated secured parking. Massive golf course and supermarket nearby. It took us 18 min only by car to get to Torrevieja beaches. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our time there. Will return again
