Perfectly equipped apartment with everything you might need, tastefully furnished and spacious. A nice terrace, a small playground directly in front of it and a pool are ideal for families. The apartment is very close to the beach and promenade and offers parking spaces. Renting a car is very convenient because there are no shops and not many restaurants around (but we were there at the end of September, maybe it is different during the season).

Good value for money. Had a high chair and plenty of toys for my son to play with. The outside terrace is great. We had our meals there. Air conditioning is efficient. The kitchen is well equipped. The pressure of the hot water in the shower was good. We enjoyed time in the pool daily. We were lucky to be just by ourselves. The beach is literally 2 minutes walking and there are 2 small restaurants/bars where you can enjoy a drink or a meal like a local.there is a playground for children behind the block, didn’t use it too much as it was too hot. The property is in better shape than the photos reflect. Francisco is a friendly owner. There is an underground designated parking space but we parked mostly on the street right in front of the flat

Great location in the center of town. They have their own garage. Make sure and reserve a head of time if driving your own car. Very friendly staff.

The Appartement was well located outside of valencia, super close to the beach and in a quite communal. Plenty of space with and a spacious balcony. Getting to the center of valencia by car in less than 25 min. So a perfect location. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for the daily live. 100% recommendation.
