Absolutely wonderful, would recommend to anyone staying near Manuel Antonio/Quepos. Owner was very friendly and kind; accommodations are private and cozy. Open air waterfall shower was a highlight, as was the balcony hammock and proximity to town and the surrounding national parks. Out of the 3 places we stayed while in CR, this was the most magical. If you’re lucky, you may even see scarlet macaws while enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. :)

The place is FABULOUS. The apartment is super quiet, which can be a problem in Manuel Antonio. It's just 3 block off the main highway so close to restaurants. Madeline, the host was amazing. I loved our stay at Tico Tico Villas. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located right at a bus stop which was great was us as we didn’t travel by car. Every day you can see monkeys running around the hotel, iguanas climbing the trees or toucans flying around. The pool is also a great advantage to have!
