Comfortable little cabina with lots of space, and great facilities including air conditioning, fans and a smart tv so you can watch Netflix or airplay from your phone! there was filtered water, which was great, we could fill out bottles up as much as we needed! Bikes are available, and we were also provided with snorkel masks when we said we were heading out for some swimming and kayaking - both of these were super helpful, useful touches! we loved our stay.

A great little peaceful oasis right by The Split! Beautiful entrance and a very cosy patio that is surrounded by the rooms. Great (breakfast)deck on top of the rooms, with the rooftop deck being the absolute best place to chill and read a book! Breakfast is made fresh every day, with great and tasty choices. Staff was incredibly sweet and very accomodating. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The perfect little escape I needed after some exhausting days of diving and snorkeling. Loved using the bikes to explore the island, the SUPs to do some paddling and the private dock for some swimming.

The housing is located on the quiet street of Caye Caulker, but at the same time everything is 3-10 minutes away as the island itself is small. if you want to rest well (Caye Caulker is kinda a party island) - choose Dream Cabanas! We had the best time here! the room has AC, coffee/tea, and all the necessary things to have your own breakfast on the terrace! They offer bike rentals for 2,5 USD which we used almost every day as it allows you to also travel to the North island to see the crocodiles. Grocery store is like 1 min away and tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. The property looks really dreamy in the evening with the lights and the host was very helpful during all stay! Room was cleaned every day and we even got some great tips for exploring the very south of the Island where is a beautiful white sand beach which is more popular for locals!

The location was perfect for our group! Close to everything and the pool was an added bonus! Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to sit out on the balcony in the evening.

Everything at the Treetops Hotel was exceptional. The hotel is located few minutes walking from the main street, right in front of the beach. We either walked or rode the complimentary bicycles to explore the island. Rooms are modern, fully equipped and super clean. Cherry on top, the whole staff and Audre are simply amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay.

amazing and beautiful property!! the staff was so so kind! the perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, but there r also so many fun things to do such as paddle boarding, kayaking and of course snorkling. this place has it all! and the Pool is gorgeous!

The location was THE BEST! We decided to walk everywhere for 5 days... and it worked! Two doors down was ENJOY restaurant and 3 doors the other direction was Happy Lobster, EXCELLENT breakfasts! We were happy to see 2 new bottles of water in our room every single day! The staff was happy and very helpful. They even let us leave our bags in the office and kick around town for 3 hours after check-out. Public bathrooms can be difficult to find in Caye Caulker, but this hotel let us use the office bathroom even though we had checked out! We were there during New Years and the room was VERY QUIET! We only heard noises on New Year's Eve (to be expected).

Wonderful location with sea view from the roof top area. Kolleen and Aldo are great hosts and very informative. The apartment is very well equipped. And most important for us Germans: SOLAR POWER and RAINWATER HARVESTING rule… without any interference. Thanks for this great experience.
