This hotel is well-located in the heart of the city center. The views are lovely. The hotel is immaculate. It is expensive but they gave us a tremendous value by upgrading our room. I have never seen staff so friendly and kind. They are attentive without being intrusive, willing to do anything to make us comfortable and safe. The restaurants and breakfast are very nice. I hope I will have the opportunity to stay here again.

The hostess went out of her way to make sure all was perfect and if help was needed she was always available via call to assist. Security was also offered and helped with the luggage to the top of the apartment. She was fluent in English and that made my stay the more memorable as it helped a lot with the communications if you are not fluent in Portuguese. The location is also central and easy reachable with car or taxi. The staff and friends were very friendly indeed and we're always ready to help if I needed it. The hostess even arranged an airport pick up for me. Will surely visit again in the future🥰☺️👍🏾Thank you once again for a wonderful stay♥️

The Hotel Location was quite good and great and very strategic to other offices I needed to visit. The hotel food was also very good The staff also provided assistance when needed particularly when trying to get Taxi to places I was also happy with the Airport Pick up on arrival & drop off during my departure
