Boasting a garden and views of sea, Seaview B&B is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Harwich, 26 km from Flatford. We were absolutely stunned by the perfection of the room. Clearly its quality level far exceeds its price range. It almost felt as coming home. We saw this as a simple solution to sleep before catching the ferry, but we already decided to return and stay a couple of days more. I really would recommend.

Located in Little Clacton and only 50 km from Freeport Braintree, The Lodge provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Beautiful location. Very easy to find. The Lodge is a perfect little hideaway. The owners are friendly and welcoming. I loved the firm bed, smart TV, fast broadband, Fridge and Chocolate! I'd definitely stay again, it's very good value.

Featuring a garden and views of sea, Greyfriars is an apartment situated in a historic building in Clacton-on-Sea, 200 metres from Clacton Beach. The apartment is centrally positioned, a few minutes walk from the centre of the city with a private parking space. Quite safe area. Spacious, bright, sunny, equipped with all amenities that one would think off for a stay in a beach town. Fast and reliable WiFi, excellent phone reception. Nice well maintained garden, shared with three other apartments. A big plus is that we could bring our dog with us. I suppose we were not the first guests with a pet. Regardless, the apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with the host was easy. Every question answered.

9 Gunfleet court is located in Clacton-on-Sea, 17 km from Alresford, 27 km from Colchester Castle, as well as 30 km from Flatford. This beachfront property offers access to a patio and free WiFi. The property was fantastic! Ample space, very cosy interior. It’s on the 1st floor but not very difficult for us to reach even with luggages. The property is quite strategically located as the town centre is nearby. Would love to stay here again if we are ever back in Clacton.

The lock box worked very well. I was unsure that I was at the correct front door: a sign near the door with the cottage name would have been helpful.

Just a minute's walk to West Cliff Beach, Clacton-On-Sea town centre and Clacton-On-Sea pier, The Sandrock has free WiFi. A full English breakfast is freshly cooked and served every morning. The property was very clean and comfortable. The people were very friendly and very helpful. The location is ideal. Close to the beach and an easy walk into town.
