Very friendly owner that directed to delicious evening restaurants and gave us wonderful directions to reach a shortcut path downtown. We felt very safe and welcomed. The home-cooked breakfasts were delicious!

The room was lovely, very comfy bed and the bathroom was very nice. The building and the surrounding was like a fairytale, with the trees and a pond - it was like a movie. The breakfast area was absolutely stunning, and we have never tasted a better omelet - absolutely amazing. We did unfortunately not have the time to take the tour around the house with the owner, but we will certainly be back for another stay.

Located on top of cliffs with fantastic views to the islands of Islay, Gigha, Jura and the seas off Northern Ireland, the chalet provides tranquil privacy and comfort. Waking up looking from the bed to the seas, with sheep and birds making the only sounds felt a privilege. The interior is thoughtfully arranged and stocked with everything we needed, with the outdoor table and hot tub being an added bonus. Helpful and very friendly host who personally looks after everything. Location is ideal to the endless sand beaches of Westport, popular with surfers, to the dunes and golf of Machrihanish and to Campbeltown.

Oban Bay Apartments is set on the seafront in Oban, 600 metres from Corran Halls and 5.7 km from Dunstaffnage Castle. The property has sea views, and is 47 km from Kilmartin House Museum. The apartment was ideal to be a base in Oban so to take ferries to explore islands nearby. Everything was within walking distance as I didn‘t have my car. A detailed direction to get in with codes was sent a day before checked in and was easy to find. The sea view was the main reason I booked the place and it was wonderful, what‘s more to ask after a day out and came back watching the changing colours of the sky and sea. Everything in the apartment was immaculate, spotless clean, generous offer of tea and coffee choices, canned drinks and biscuits, complimentary Oban whiskey was a plus. Perfect. Thank you Eileen.

The assistance with our baggage to our apartment. The free car parking. The 'million dollar' view from our apartment windows. Perfect location to restaurants and shops plus ferry tours. Ian - the manager is a 'gem' and truly amazing in his position and appears to love his job!! A great asset to the owners.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Ardmor Guest House is a guest house situated in a historic building in Oban, 700 metres from Corran Halls. The view from our room, the 'Ardmhor' was sublime. There was no better view in Oban. We had beautiful big windows looking out on the harbour and town yet we did were up on the hill and no traffic or noise. The bed was very comfortable and room stocked with tea, coffee, microwave and cereal. The bath, shower and toilet were in an enormous room, seperate from the bedroom which worked out very well. Morven was very welcoming.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Montague Villa is located in Dunoon, 5.6 km from Benmore Botanic Garden and 8.8 km from Blairmore and Strone Golf Glub. Drew and Alison were fantastic hosts. We were welcomed with a cup of tea and a friendly chat. Our rooms were very comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was delicious!
