Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Villa by @ Home Hotel Locarno is a guest house situated in a historic building in Locarno, 1.2 km from Piazza Grande Locarno. A dream villa! I just stayed overnight in the deluxe suite for 3 people in this wonderful villa. The directions received on the day of arrival were very clear. Even a video on how to open the safebox and then the doors left no doubt. I could recognize the building right away. It is an impeccably renovated and upscale privat villa from the last century. High ceilings and blackout curtains. The suite with a huge terrace with beautiful views made us feel we were in an exclusive place. The sofa bed for the third person was comfortable and large even if I wouldn't consider it suitable for 2 adults. Too bad we only stayed one night. We will gladly keep the address for a future stay. We found the price fair and was over 300 francs. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because we left early but there would be that option as well

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a balcony, Lake Apartment 4 is located in Bissone. Fantastic all round. Lovely spot, host and little touches like Prosecco. Was a perfect stop on our way to Venice. Wish we had been able to stay longer

The rooms were large, the bathroom was also large, the beds were good, the breakfast was excellent, with many options and very good quality breads and cheeses. The hosts were very friendly, they got us free travel passes for the duration of our stay, they paid attention to our needs.

Located in Ascona, less than 1 km from Golfclub Patriziale Ascona and 3.7 km from Piazza Grande Locarno, Casa Alice Ascona, appartamento di vacanza. Offers a terrace and air conditioning. Wanda was a wonderful host! We arrived late and did not have time to shop for food, so she gave our kids some of her cereal bars :) The property is located in a residential area, across the street from a park. It is very calm. You will need to drive (or public transit) to Locarno, but is close to the centre of Ascona and there are groceries a short drive away and easy access to other routes. The apartment was very clean and everything looks new. Our family of five was very comfortable there. We recommend!

The best place to stay in Ascona. Location is very central and yet quiet and cosy. Common bathroom, room and all facilities are impeccably clean. Breakfast was great and had many choices. The host Ulisse is very nice and does a wonderful job to make you feel welcome. Ideal for couples for a romantic weekend getaway in Ticino 😊
