Room was very clean, and was cleaned daily. Lovely view over the Nhật Lệ River . The property is extremely well located within a short walk to major sites and attractions including the museum, the main retail strip, the beach and of course the river. The hotel is owned and operated by a local family who are very friendly and helpful. They speak good english and can arrange drivers, tours etc to many local attractions.

It's a pretty nice house. Quiet, comfortable space. Here I can see the peaceful life of local people. it's quite close to the beach, it only took me 5 minutes to walk. Here I live with Leo's family. Lim is very clever and lovely. Delicious food. I will come back here when I come to Dong Hoi

Unfortunately I only stayed here one night and left early in the morning for a day tour of phong Nha caves. Easily the nicest hostel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The owner was so lovely and checked me in at 2am when my bus was delayed… the dorm was very nice with a hot shower. I didn’t get to take full advantage of this place but it was lovely. She let me leave my bag until 10pm before taking the night train to Ninh Binh.

Lovely hosts, simple and clean. We got a big room with 3 beds even though we are only two. Beds are comfortable and have extra pillows. AC worked well, there is a strong fan and a refrigerator.
