the grounds are spectacular: old growth eucalyptus, beautiful old well-maintained family country house. the guest house was clean and private. The host is a beautiful friendly gentleman who greeted us with warmth on our arrival and each morning at breakfast. His staff are also warm and friendly. it was very hard to leave and will be difficult to follow!

Loved our stay at House in the Town Centre in Caminha. Fernanda was an incredible host and very gracious & flexible as our trains were delayed on arrival. No detail was too small from the soaps in the bathroom to the special treats on the table upon our arrival. Comfy beds, linens and towels provided. This is a large space where a family of 4 could spread out. Location was central to the beach and to the town's restaurants and cafes. It was the perfect start to our Camino adventure. Definitely a 10/10!!! We can't wait to return once again.
