The house is absolutely gorgeous and so is the location right on Hot Water Beach. There is such a wide range of leisure equipment, which unfortunately we couldn't use at all due to the short time of our stay. Everything is in TOP condition. In the end we only used the paddles, but there would also have been kayaks, e-bikes and fishing equipment. Communication was good, but no personal contact. There are 2 cafés in the area - both very nice, but not always open. Be sure to buy groceries beforehand - there is nothing in the area...

Modern, warm and comfortable villa. Loved the design of the rooms and the building overall. Spacious bathroom, bedroom and lounge with giant floor to ceiling windows overlooking a lovey garden and the sea off to the distance. Was very clean when we arrived and barely had to run the heater to keep warm on a chilly fall day.

This is a lovely and airy beach house, beds were very comfortable, and essentials for our stay were provided. A shovel for us to use at Hot Water Beach was left for us on the deck. Location is great, within walking distance to Hot Water Beach

The accommodation was clean, well-kept and had everything one could need. The owner has the cutest golden retriever that our dog enjoyed playing with. The accommodation is walking distance from Hahei beach and lovely eating establishments such as Little Blue Kitchen and The Poor House. 10 mins drive from Hot Water Beach as well. A really nice spot. I would definitely come again.
