The room was very nice with enough sleeping space for 3 adults and 2 kids. We didn't use much, but all the necessary cooking facilities were provided as long as free bottles of water, tea and coffee. The hotel is indeed located in the warehouse, but its territory is secured, so I felt safe there.

Very nice and helpful host, delicious breakfast (coffe, juice, water, avocado toast, eggs and fruits), very cozy apartment and the whole area, comfortable location. If we come back to Cancun for sure will choose these apartments.

The spa was beautiful and peaceful! I took a swim in the pool and Juan Carlos gave me a tour of the cenote that is on the property! The bed was sooooo comfortable and the rooms were quiet and nice. I would definitely come back and stay here.

This was perfect and convenient for an overnight stay in Cancun while in transit to the airport early the next morning. Maru was very helpful and accommodating, and helped with transport to the airport. The room is clean and comfortable.

Octavio is the best host I have encountered so far. Super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are well located close to a small public beach and the ferry to isla del mujeres. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place.

Excellent stay for the both of us in the downstairs apartment. We booked an additional stay here. Perfect communication with Randy, all details for the easy self check in and recommendations conveniently organized in a WhatsApp group chat. The housekeepers were so kind to accommodate scent-free bedsheets for our overnight stay and even removed scented items from the apartment. The firm full size bed was comfortable and the space was spotlessly clean and tidy. Everything worked perfect: wifi, microwave, locks, windows, etc. Plenty of floor space for our big luggage and a clothing rack. This is the tropics so of course it’s humid and damp everywhere. Just like our apartment in Brooklyn during the summer. The AC/fan wall unit helps a lot. The windows have bars on them so you can leave it open while showering since the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation. The apartment is far removed from the street, the upstairs apartment was quiet, and no one used the laundry room during our stay, so we had a peaceful time. We found a big bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival which was really nice to have and there’s a delicious quesabirria taco stand 30 seconds walk around the corner.
