By far the best setup place we stayed in, in Sri Lanka. It had everything we needed and more, a beautiful big deck, very well equipped kitchen, and is in a great location for Delawella turtle beach! Niroshan and his family were very warm and welcoming and we really loved our stay here :)

Lovely place in idyllic setting. Staff were so kind and accommodating. Breakfast and evening meal were both delicious. Swimming pool was very inviting and we saw monkeys whilst in the garden.

The facilities, rooms, and staff are top-notch and what you would expect at a high-end hotel. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Sri Lanka. The Sri Lankan egg hoppers breakfast is a must-try as well! This was the only hotel during my vacation in Sri Lanka that offered this option.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Their hospitality is a great benifit. It was clean enough and worth the money. Different fruit for breakfast every day. Also eggs, bread, butter, hoppers were offered. Unawatuna main beach and main street with restaurants and shops are very close and it is enough quiet though.

The best thing about the stay was our amazing host Dam! He was endlessly generous, helpful and fun, he went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He gave us a lift into the fort everyday and to the turtle sanctuary, he cooked us an amazing authentic Sri Lankan breakfast every morning and even did us a lovely cooking class one evening after we said we liked kottu, even making it gluten free for us! He treated us like family and made us feel so welcome. He also provided us with welcome drinks and drinking water throughout our stay, and sorted out our transport to Mirissa for us. Everything was very well priced and for the cooking class we were only charged supermarket costs for the ingredients we used which was great. He gave us so much information on the area and was there whenever we needed him. Outside of Dam being so great, the apartment was also lovely, it was spacious and clean, had a washing machine, fridge, hairdryer and kitchen, and the shower was good. He even provided bug spray for us! If we’re ever in Sri Lanka again we will definitely be visiting and we would recommend here to anyone. Thank you so much Dam!! Had a great stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was super friendly. Loved the pool and the big garden great for relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!
