By far the best setup place we stayed in, in Sri Lanka. It had everything we needed and more, a beautiful big deck, very well equipped kitchen, and is in a great location for Delawella turtle beach! Niroshan and his family were very warm and welcoming and we really loved our stay here :)

Lovely place in idyllic setting. Staff were so kind and accommodating. Breakfast and evening meal were both delicious. Swimming pool was very inviting and we saw monkeys whilst in the garden.

Lara’s place is a perfect place for a beach getaway and we felt really good and welcomed here. The owners were super nice, we got a huge breakfast every morning with freshly squeezed juices, enjoyed on a terrace with sea view. The rooms are cozy, they have both a fan and AC, bathroom has free toiletries and we got free water refills. They helped us a lot on our last day with a late check-out; we could leave our bags while we went to the beach and they even let us shower when coming back. Such sweethearts.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The room is decorated with impeccable taste, it’s spotless, spacious, beautiful, and has everything you need and more. I also love the location — it couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Unawatuna, yet it feels completely secluded thanks to the jungle area with plenty of monkeys and a lake, giving you a true sense of disconnect. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the beach towels, hats, and beach bags they provide. They really pay attention to every little detail. I would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation, and I will if I return to Unawatuna. Out of all the places we saw in the area, this was by far the best one, hands down.

This was the perfect place to end our time in Sri Lanka and we will leave with special memories of staying here. The accommodation was lovely and spacious, with a large living/dining area. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The highlight was meeting and being looked after by Dam, who made sure we had everything we needed. He was so kind and full of advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our chats with him about life! He looked after us during a day of torrential rain and invited us into his home to cook and share dinner and play some games of Uno! We would thoroughly recommend staying here when visiting Galle!

We loved this hotel, the place is an absolute oasis! Our rooms were incredible, very large with plenty of closet space and a breathtaking bathroom. The ground were very well maintained and stunning. It was such relaxing environment that it was hard to leave the hotel to do other activities. The staff were very friendly and attentive and made everything easy and effortless.
