Great stay :) staff was really attentive and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the pool/view was gorgeous (just like the pictures). It was really helpful that they offer laundry service and were very responsive when we needed anything. Location is central but secluded and has really good restaurants around, 10/10 would recommend staying here if you’re coming to Ubud.

We stayed in Ratna Villa 3. The facilities are very pretty and look as advertised in the photos. The exact location of the villa is in a beautiful alley about 10mins by foot from the main road so its very peaceful and quiet. Across the alley are restaurants, bars and local shops. Only scooters are allowed (no cars, taxis etc) but the stuff picked up our luggage and moved them to the villa (via scooter). We requested breakfast one morning and they provided free of charge! Wayan (member of the stuff) was very helpful with any requests and questions we had and Ratna was responsive when we needed information.

The pool was awesome! It was great to come back from our daily excursions in Ubud and relax with a swim in the pool! The place was very nice, with every room having a view of the pool! The dining and living area had views of a rice field! Though it is in the city the place felt very secluded. We would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Ubud!

This is a beautiful traditional property set in luscious gardens set away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud but close enough. The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!
