Perfect position of the property. The best view, very big garden with table and chairs. Very clean, new furniture, new bathroom. The parking for the car is 300m away on their land. The owner pick you up and bring you back with luggage. It was really great. But the position of this apartment is pure perfection. i will recommend this apartment to everyone. The owner is a nice young man. The beach 🏖 was only for us. They asked us everything is ok. Perfect stay

The apartment is very nice, I can say amazing. It is very spacious, well equiped (washing machine, dish washer, barbeque equipment, garden, dishes in kitchen,...), and, what is important to us, it is very clean. The owners are kind and give you privacy and peace so you can really enjoy your vacation. And at the end, what to say about Sutomišćica - amazing small village with beautiful beach that is not to crowded and with one of the best sunsets I have ever seen! Highly recommended! 🙂

Perfect place with impeccable service - thanks to our great host! Loved the private pool. 200 year old house with modern conveniences - the best of both worlds! Having breakfast outdoor surrounded by lavender, olive trees and swallows drinking from the pool- beautiful! Hope to come back!

The house was fully equipped with everything needed for a stay. Marina (owner) is also very willing to advise and help. Sutomiščica is a small village with the one shop, restaurant and beach bar. There is also the Olive Island marina with the excellent restaurant. If you need more civilization, you can find everything in Preko, which is about 3 km away.

The owner meet with us when we arrived the island, and she was the perfect hoste. She gave us good advice and service along the stay when we needed it.
