Our stay was wonderful! Niko was super warm and helpful throughout our entire time, recommending places for dinner and drinks in the town. The view was beautiful, and the extra free amenities were great (kayaks at the private beach, bikes). The beds were very comfortable!

Everything about Kavadias Apartments was absolutely great! The location is perfect, close to the town port with little restaurants and shops. The apartment was more than comfortable, everything was high quality and well made, had everything you need for your stay. Rooms were big with plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen is full size with all the amenities. The bathroom was new, roomy, with lots of storage space. There was a washing machine as well, which was really handy. We had 3 really big balconies! The cleaning was exceptional - 10+! Everything was sparkling. Fresh sheets and towels daily, even your dishes washed for you. We got fresh roses in our room. The host, Thomas was super-helpful. Parking was right at the front of the building. There was a barbecue as well. This place is great not for just a short vacation, but for longer stays as well.

Very good accommodation - comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious and new bathroom, the studio was cleaned every day and maintained a high level of hygiene. The location is very good, it is practically in the center of the charming Vasiliki, but just tucked a bit from the crowd (just two minutes to the sea and promenade). Best value for money! We had a really lovely time here!

The apartman is close to the beach and the city (10min). Supermarket is also nearby around 3min walk. The owner and the cleaning lady are really kind! They change the towels every 2nd day. Also the place is quiet.

We stayed at Calm view August 21-22, 2022. The hostess and host are both engaged, fluent english speaking greeks, with a passion for what they do. Not only did the hostess provide us with clear information about the area, she also arranged our boat trips which not only allowed us to travel cheaper, but also at times that suited us. She guided us through the maze of possibilities with her Greek inside information! The breakfast was good, with many delicious Greek natural products. The authentic village of Agios Petros is situated higher up and the view from the garden and some of the balconies of the accommodation is great!
