We passed through Livanatai for just one night en route to Athens, and we chose Florakis because it looked comfortable, clean and lovely with its beautiful plants on its terrace. It was all that and more - the host was super-helpful, the location was very central and convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended!

The hotel was clean, tidy and welcoming and the family were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed, a beautiful view from the patio doors/balcony across the sea, islands, mountains and was surrounded by lemon and orange trees. Huge balcony to watch the sun rising over the islands/ sea and to sit and listen to the church bells whilst the sun sets behind the mountains. The hotel has a large glass covered dining area which looks out over the garden and the beach - which was across a small, quiet road, and had beautifully clear shallow water. The family were such warm and welcoming hosts, inviting us to have coffee with them by the fire (or to take it to our rooms if we prefer) we told them about our hopes for the trip and they gave us lots of interesting and helpful information, and even made some phone calls to try to help us make an unusual out-of-season visit to a local site we were interested in. We're hoping to visit again soon and explore the area more. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic location just at the sea front, with great sea views from all the rooms. It is just at the edge of the sea front promenade, walking distance from the amenities, cafes and restaurants, but without the noise. The flat has been recently refurbished and is in a great condition. Kitchen has all necessary equipment including washing machine. To note: there’s a fair number of steps to the 1st floor flat, which may be important if you have a pram or mobility difficulties Overall a great stay, I would highly recommend
