It was an experience that we must repeat. The location very much met our expectations, with an optimal and very ergonomic living space. Perfect for a wonderful and longer vacation. The location allowed us to see how the Greeks live and explore the wonderful town with its wonderful and wild beaches.

The location is perfect, it is very quiet but in the same time very close to the Main Street, 3-5 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, air condition in each room. No mosquitos in Fourka during our stay 🙂

The apartment is well-equipped and recently renovated.  It was clean at the check-in.  Having the two A/C's is a big advantage, particularly when they are well-placed. The bed is very comfortable.

Host gave us clear instruction to the location of the apartment and the location of the keys. Host left some water & food at our arrival, which was very helpful after a long trip. Apartment was on the 1st floor with private allocated parking. It is located in the begging of the city so evenings at home are quiet, but city activity is just 5-10 mins away with easy walk. The Furkas beach is 5 mins walk and is good for 2-3 days, and then upon asking the host recommended Cocus beach (~12km away) which made our holiday even better. Apartment was suitable for 5 of us (2 adults, 15y, 13y and 8y old). Each room had its own AC unit. Ceiling ventilator was better suited to circulate the air & cool a bit the place than the AC. Furcas offers many places to eat and the food is really good. Fruits, vegetables and olives are offered in the evening by local farmers - which was another traditional bonus.

Very good location. Everything is nearby. Beach center, restaurants, grocery store. Very nice apartment, very good for family with children. Big green garden. Big thanks to the host of the apartment. Good very friendly owners. Parking nearby. The room is clean and has everything what is needed for living. All windows are covered with mosquito nets. The small yard in the front of the room was very good for our dog and us: you can place sunbeds there and do not go to the beach. The sea itself is 10-20m fr9m the fence and has pebbles for 1m and then bright sand. In the morning and evening it was calm and clean near the shore. The shops are 200-300m from apartments, the good restaurant is 20m. Owners offered help with everything: from discovering the area to stay with a dog while we go to shop. It was not too loud in the evening. There are also very nice sunsets in this place. I can recommend this place if you have someone to care about (so he/she stays in a room while you swim) - it can be pet, kids, parents etc. Someone may work remotely in these apartments. We enjoyed paddle boarding in the area. The time is very relaxing and you feel rested after 4-5 days already. Will definitely return here.

Ivan and Xenia were absolutely amazing and friendly. The apartment was perfect for me and my parents, two rooms, large terraces and very clean. It had everything you could need, kitchen fully equipped and beautiful beach just 5min away. All recommendations.

Everything was spotless, so much that we felt obliged to leave the house as we found it. All furnishings/objects seemed or are new (from the kitchenware to the sheets, towels etc., as well as the entire house and property itself). Non-intrusive hosts. Great choices of furniture/design, interior and exterior lighting. Very comfy beds. Nice smell throughout the house, something like linen. Loads of storage space for clothes and extras everywhere. All issues (one internet and water drop in supply) were solved within minutes. Nice 5 min walk to a great beach nearby. We lacked/disliked nothing, and we are a couple of very, very picky travellers. At the rate we stayed in, it felt we received more than what we have paid for. Pet friendly hosts (we had two). You would make no mistake in booking this property if you haven't stayed in before.
