Beautiful area,boss is very kind ❤️ ✨️, quiet place .Bathroom was with very bad condition not safe broken pipe from toilet all water after splash going for wall and floor (very big holl)and curtain with plastic handles from wall from shower was going out . Another condition with good standard : small fridge,extra views for sea it was beautiful views,car park safe outside, bar open till late night, boss very friendly. Good for children's nearest beautiful beaches.

Everything about this place was amazing! It was lovely being so close to the coast, we explored the beach and loved looking at all the rocks. The Villa was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and BEAUTIFUL. There were three village cats that came to visit us daily and they were a treat, we loved them dearly!! We even bought them some food and held them! The hosts we're extremely informative about the area and gave us ideas on where to go and what to do for food. The area is secluded and you have to account for the distance you are from other cities. Plan your meals! Especially because places can be closed. We relaxed all day multiple days here. The pool was amazing too. We loved this place and seriously wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back someday!! Plan your washes when you wash your clothes. We hanged dryed ours and it worked fine. It's a very energy friendly place! You definitely want to get a rental car coming to Crete, and be prepared for a bumpy road when visiting Balos. Go there early!!! The path to this hotel is on a curvy mountain side to drive safely. The roads can get narrow. You're able to park right in front of the villa. A few cars go past the house but it was few and far between. Loved being here especially in a less crowded season. We had the beach to ourselves almost everyday. It's a rocky beach though, not a sandy one so be careful. Wear shoes hahaha thank you again for such a lovely and amazing stay. We are grateful for your help and constant availability.

Just perfect, accommodation, sea, awesome sunset, we have found pretty good place for swimming close to the accommodation. Our private blue laguna :-) . Well-equipped kitchen, we don't even have that many appliances at home :-) Large TV with internet.

The Villa is secluded, and private, with stunning views to the sea and Falassarna beach. Modern and fresh villa, with nice furniture and especially the modern and comfortable beds, that is not so often found in Crete.

We had a fantastic stay at the Falasarna Villas! The hosts are really caring. From the warm welcome when we arrived late at night showing us around and providing good information (...and with the homemade pastry, and cold juice/water in the fridge!). Also making sure during the stay that everthing was fine. The villa is just great from every aspect, and suited our family of 5 perfect. Location is really good with very nice views from the villa and just a short drive from several great beaches. Also good restaurants close the the villa. We can especially recommend Motakis Restaurant in the village closest to the villa. It is a true gem and by far the best of all the restaurants we tried during our stay. We hope to return to the villa for a future vacation!

Excellent host and home. We had an exceptional stay. Clean, spacious, modern and comfortable home with everything needed to make it feel like your home. Owners did a great job of communicating and welcoming us. Every amenity you can ever imagine is there, whether it be a long or a short stay, you don’t need to bring anything but your clothes. The wrap around porch area is inviting to watch the sunset or sunrise. The owners go above and beyond with the little things. The home is a short 5 minute car ride to Falssarna beach which is a great beach. Several good restaurants to choose from all within a 5-10 minute drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
