Villa placed on the beach, very nice cozy big rooms. All apartments are brand new, properly equipped. All rooms have AC and windows blackout curtains. The villa has a beautiful pool. The wifi is very good, actually the best we ever found in Greece. The parking is big. The host Angela is an incredible friendly lady who welcomed us with a basket of fruits and sweets while being communicative and great with kids. We will definitely recommend this location and come back.

We found oyr home-away-from-home! If we can rate this vacation spot with a grade of 11, then we would give them a 12! Few steps from the beach, great house with EVERYTHING you need, great owners (no, really: there were really, really great!) - what else could you want? We have absolutely no questions whether we will come back to Nea Iracleia and this villa again: we will be back multiple times! Panos, Jenny, and Alex (their son - the supervisor) have made our stay a memmorable one...

The host was amazing and the pictures don't do the villa any justice. it is spacious, well accessible and well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. It was 6 of us staying there and we all had our own space. We loved having breakfast at the terrace in the morning with the amazing views. . The garden is fully enclosed so my child could run around and play unsupervised.

Our holiday in Sea-duction studio was great. Place is very clean, kitchen is fully equipped and it is very cosy. Owner is a very friendly guy, always ready to help and give you important information. His English is fluent and he is a great host. Studio has a nice view and beaches are close by. We had a lovely holiday and we recommend this place to everyone.
