Perfect host and very good location on the island. Easy to reach, enough parking availability, peaceful atmosphere. Everything is great, clean and good value for the price. Huge balcony with SEA view! Definitely a no brainer spotless views, Kitchen easygoing with all you need We liked the peaceful surroundings, the quiet neighborhood, the view of the ocean the most.

We have been travelling all around the island in 8 days, i'd definitely tell that the house is the one of the best location in island and has the best price/performance ratio. The No. 1-2-3-4 ( second floor ) rooms have sea view from the balcony and the mosquitos were not huge as we experienced in Corfu. Therefore dinners at balcony is such a joy. In my opinion No 3 has the best view ( our room ). You can sleep with the sounds of waves in your room. The island is not that big but due to the mountain, the transport takes around 60 minutes to everywhere. I suggest you to go Fteri beach, one of the beach beaches i have ever been ( try to go there by boat ). If you stay in Anna studios and want to travel the island, car rent is a must. Try to have a strong motor engine car, since the roads are not flat :)

we loved everything about this special property - views outstanding both sides - absolutely spotless - the biggest sun terrace and the comfiest bed ( which was huge!) great location close to beach shops and restaurants. big car park seconds from the apartments :) and big shout out to Kostas and family they’re so lovely and very helpful and kind - we will definitely be back :)

What a lovely stay! The view and sound of the waves from the balcony was incredible and peaceful! I was celebrating my birthday and they surprised me with a birthday dessert and song from the staff which was extremely thoughtful and made my day all the more special! Communication back and forth was very easy and they were very responsive throughout my entire stay! I was very happy with the way they helped arrange transportation to and from the airport! There are a few restaurants right along the beach which was very convenient, and every place I ate at was delicious! Perfect for a quiet and relaxing beach vacation! :) Thank you so much!

The apartements and the surrounding area are very well taken care of by Mrs. Irene. Everything is perfect and you can have a peaceful stay. The rooms are in incredible condition and you fell at home. Would highly recommend for anyone visitng Kefalonia.

The area is perfect, with lots of tavernas nearby. Private parking available. The room was clean and very, very nice. The host was always available and happy to help us. We had water, juice and wine in the room, which for us, was very welcomed. We will definetly come back! ❤️
