Very happy for this choice - the apartment is spacious and has a big terrace, kitchen with all the necessary, a supermarket with a morning coffee place just around the corner, different beaches within a walking distance, great tavernas to enjoy the Greek food. Our plane was late nonetheless we were expected by the owners in person and welcomed heartily.

The house was opposite a quiet beach in a low-key street. Yet close to all the shops necessary to complete your holiday expectations. The host left fresh fruit and juice for us, and the house had an extra toilet with an outdoor kitchen and laundry.

Great communication. Lovely family-run property with a personal touch. Only 2 duplex apartments and a shared pool. Small little but important touches around the apartment which said a lot about our hosts. Arriving very late at night there was milk, coffee, tea, little treats and fantastic olive oil soap waiting for us. Kokkini Hani is a quiet little Cretan village only 20min by bus from Heraklion. Cretans are lovely people. The food, wine and olive oil is amazing. The apartment is about a 10min walk from the nearest bus stop and another 5 min walk from the nearest sandy beach. The main village is about a 15min walk from the apartment along the main road running east-west. There are two supermarkets that have everything you need. All in all we had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave.

The location of the villa is excellent and right next to the beach, providing a beautiful sea view with wonderful sunsets visible right outside of your window. The beds are all very comfortable, so we always slept well and the rooms are all equipped with anything you could possibly need for a cozy stay. I would also like to draw attention to the kitchen, which is supplied with a variety of dinnerware and many useful appliances, including a water filtration system and two different types of coffee machines. These were all very helpful in making us feel at home. The villa also has a very large gym with a sauna, which we used every day. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the amount of outdoor jacuzzis the villa has, as you could easily wind down and relax in any one of them after a long day and watch the sunset. Apart from the ocean, we also used the private pool to swim in very often, since it is very spacious. We would also like to give special thanks to Georgios for his care, attention and hospitality throughout our stay. We are all very happy with how our stay went! We highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants a wonderful stay and experience right at the warm and sunny beach.

Very modern villa. Clean and beautiful views. Patio area and pool were excellent. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well throughout the entire villa. Gated access for security and lots of parking. Close to the stores, restaurants and cafes of Gournes and central located (15-20min drive) between the cities of Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos. We truly loved our stay at this property and would highly recommend.
