The house was opposite a quiet beach in a low-key street. Yet close to all the shops necessary to complete your holiday expectations. The host left fresh fruit and juice for us, and the house had an extra toilet with an outdoor kitchen and laundry.

Very nice, clean house, perfect place for family. We were very satisfied with everything. Very helpfull Andreas and Maria. Enjoyed small jacuzzi a lot. The only thing we would suggest to rent a car , it's more convinient, if you stay there. Not far from from the house we found place where you can rent a car even without deposit.

Great communication. Lovely family-run property with a personal touch. Only 2 duplex apartments and a shared pool. Small little but important touches around the apartment which said a lot about our hosts. Arriving very late at night there was milk, coffee, tea, little treats and fantastic olive oil soap waiting for us. Kokkini Hani is a quiet little Cretan village only 20min by bus from Heraklion. Cretans are lovely people. The food, wine and olive oil is amazing. The apartment is about a 10min walk from the nearest bus stop and another 5 min walk from the nearest sandy beach. The main village is about a 15min walk from the apartment along the main road running east-west. There are two supermarkets that have everything you need. All in all we had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave.

We were six couples looking for a place to relax and enjoy ourselves for a few days. We had a perfect experience in the villa, full of surprises by the hosts. Each couple had their own master bedroom and overall we were impressed by the privacy and the autonomy we had even though we were such a large group. We felt as if we were in a resort at a much lower cost than a luxury hotel. The combo of the pool right next to the sandy beach was what we needed. I enjoyed most the time I had in the jacuzzi which was right at our balcony and the steam room, while the others preferred spending time at the gym and the pool table. Chrysoula who was with us every day, gave us all the information we needed and made us breakfast. She was really kind and willing to help us in anything we needed. Really excellent stay, will surely come back with the kids.

Very modern villa. Clean and beautiful views. Patio area and pool were excellent. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well throughout the entire villa. Gated access for security and lots of parking. Close to the stores, restaurants and cafes of Gournes and central located (15-20min drive) between the cities of Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos. We truly loved our stay at this property and would highly recommend.
