Beautiful apartment overlooking Souda Bay. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Spacious, well equipped and kept very clean. Short walk to centre of village providing a range of Taverna's, shops and bars. Choice of two local beaches and large supermarket up the road.

Extremely attentive hosts. Beautiful view to the sea. Easy parking. Wonderful cafe at the site. Not too close to the busier areas, but a lot of restaurants in a very nice walking distance. A pro tip to people who like to walk: look up Klayves-Kyliaris River-Venetian Watermill hike on Alltrails - beautiful and easy 10km walk through fields, olive and orange groves, forest.

The cottage was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The kitchen area has everything you need for home cooking: plenty of utensils, cutlery, cups and glasses, good size saucepans, colander, cheese grater, etc and a separate oven, halogen 4 ring hob, toaster and microwave. The slimline dishwasher was lovely to have. The washing machine was very useful too. The outside area upstairs was great for having breakfast and hanging out washing and or wet swimming costumes after a day at the beach. The master bed was extremely comfortable with a firm mattress, so a good night's sleep was had. There were duvets and a bed covers, which was handy as the temperature dropped at night (October when we visited). The shower had great pressure so was like a power shower. There is a separate toilet upstairs, which is always handy! There were plenty of towels. The location is fabulous, a minute walk from the main road, but extremely quiet, meaning a restful night. A couple of minutes to the beach where we also parked. Again, a couple of minutes walk from supermarkets, bakers, restaurants and butchers. The host, Yana, is phenomenal. Fabulous communication, friendly and helpful. Any help we needed, Yana, was quick to respond. Made us feel home from home. Highly recommend a stay at Julia's Cottage

Location is great and right by the sea 50m. The apartment is well maintained, everything you need is inside with a terrace for nice breakfast with sea wave sounds. Kitchen well equipped. Morning walks on the beach to Kalyves area are dhort, fun, and refreshing and a great start for any day.

Well maintained with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Bakery and convenience stores close by. Restaurants more shops and beautiful beach a short walk away. Totally recommend this property to couples and a small family with young children. Our host was very generous with provisions left for us throughout our stay. A lovely garden at the back too. 🥰
