Good location, extremely close to Komi beach where you can find restaurant and bar and also the beach which is really safe to swin with shallow water. Also Mavra Volia at Emporio is really close, it you like black pebbles beach that's the place to go. Staying in Komi is not bad if you want to go there because Emporio was packed during my visit. Pyrgi and Mesta village are close and easy to reach. The same for the Chios Museum of Mastic (really good museum) Aslo kalamoti village is nearby. The appartement was simple but the bed really comfy, there is a small kitchen and everything you need. Excellent price/quality ratio Note : excellent communication with the owner, my arrival was a bit early compared to initial plan but we find a solution... And on top of this I was offered some biscuits and a Cafe Frappe!! Lovely

Absolutely fantastic location, easy to find and 30 seconds from a great beach as well as only being a 25 minute drive from the airport. The host was great and accommodated a late arrival and regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay.

We like everything, it is very close the beach. İt is nearly Historical villages pyrgi, mesta,popular beaches mavra voluios. The owner Nikos and his family is so helpful. İn the house you find everything what you need.

Location of the place is perfect. The host maria is the best host and was very helpful for us. She even bought a baby matress for the crib for our 6 months old son. Definitely will be booked again!

Everything was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the sea and it was pleasant to spend time at the beach bar. three families had a great time. Greeted by our very friendly host despite it being late. She explained everything and was very welcoming despite our very limited Greek Google translate worked well! She even brought us some eggs for breakfast one day and sent us some tips for exploring the island. Right on the beach in Komi, quiet and peaceful surroundings. The village is very quiet out of high season. Easy to drive to shops and pretty towns and beaches within 20 minutes. The apartment was absolutely spotless and cleaned every other day. Very comfortable bed and all the equipment we needed in the kitchen. The balcony is a lovely place to sit and everything was perfect.
