- Good sized apartment with balcony. Well designed, big fridge, nice sofa, table and chairs inside and on the balcony, good shower pressure, etc. Communal washing machine and tumble dryer on-site too. - Daily cleaning. - Very attentive and friendly host and team. They provided beach items (e.g., umbrella, lounger) and kindly gave us welcome and farewell gifts (cookies, marmalade, etc). Always available to answer questions. - Good location near a pleasant beach. Lots of restaurants along the seafront and a good bakery. There was some construction in the area during our stay, but it did not impact our stay (i.e., construction hours were respectful and the apartment is well soundproofed). - Good location to explore other beaches, get a ferry to the islands, visit the Athos wall, etc.

These are some of their impressions: The villa is close to the beach. It's calm and quiet. Large and beautiful yard. Two large markets are nearby. The accomodation is very comfy and everything is new and clean. Bathroom is modern and shower cabin fantastic. Kitchen is designed minimalistic, but you have everything you need. Big balcony is a big plus. The hosts are more than happy to help and answer all your questions (we even got gifts :)).

Elegant, spacious, very clean, and brand new! The house has a big and beautifully decorated common area; it's great for spending time together as a group. Good water pressure, lots of kitchen appliances, good A/C. The beach is two minutes away, and the water was warm and clear every day we were there. We had a great relationship with the hosts, they're welcoming and warm.

Very modern, trending decor. Huge balcony (not such a good view). It was easy to find, and the location was just perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby, the nice beach is maybe 3 blocks away. Parking was easy, right in front of property (not sure about summer months).
