The room is really nice, comfy and clean. It is located in a great spot with beautiful beaches nearby. Antonis is a great guy and very helpful with everything we needed for the room. He also gave us great tips for food and places to visit. This was our second visit here and we will surely come back again.

Amazing and beautiful place! Villa Ammos is very modern with perfect indoor and outdoor furnishings. The terrace is very big and convenient. The pergola on the terrace offers comfortable shadow for the whole day. The whole Villa is finished with high quality materials and with luxury of good taste and colors. Snorkeling spots are accessible by walk is less than 5 min, the sea is just down the terrace. You can hear the gentle sound of waves when you lay on the terrace! That is very relaxing. Although in beachfront, the villa is at some small high and offers an excellent view to the Libyan sea. Ideal for home-office or remote working, you can work inside on the second floor or outside at the big exterior kitchen table. Beds where comfortable and the bedrooms gave view to the sea!

The Villa is beautiful and very clean. Mike and family had generously stocked the kitchen with food for our arrival and they also prepared a beautiful home cooked meal for us during our stay. The location is perfect by the sea and walking distance from tavernas and shops, even in the off season when many were shut. The kids loved the pool with inflatables even if it was a little cold still in April! Some lovely deserted beaches nearby too. Mike was responsive throughout our stay to any questions. A perfect place from which to explore Crete on our first visit to the island.

If you arrive at 8:30pm in Heraklion and after picking up the rental and driving 1h20 to the villa and the owners are awaiting you with a freshly made Moussaka and some Greek Salad at around 11pm, what does that say about their hospitality? Correct: A LOT! A very warm welcome to the start of you vacation sets the perfect mood for a great experience ahead. The villa is magnificent, having a coffee in the morning overlooking the sea is indescribably beautiful. The pool is great, the terasse with outdoor fridge and barbeque is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The rooms in the villa are very nice, you have everything you need. Nearby there are some nice taverns that offer great local food. The beach variies depending on the season, it can be sandy or with little stones... but you can absolutely enjoy the sea almost on your own as there are not many tourists around. All in all we had a magnificent time.

Simply perfect! I spent here 2 weeks. I booked the apartment with dining-living room and separate bedroom and it was the best choice ever. A big apartment with all the things you need. The kitchen is well equipped, with a brand new big fridge-freezer. All the necessary utensils: electric kettle, toast grill, filter coffee machine, small oven and hubs, all the pots and pans you might need. Clean and excellent service, towels and bedsheets changed regularly. The location is amazing, 5 mins from Ferma and from Agia Fotia. The road is with asfalt and there is a private parking place for your car. Thanks a lot to Manos, the owner, who really cares about his guests.
