The villa is an architectural gem with a minimalist design that is appeasing to the eye and the mind, just like the surrounding landscape. While it provided us with all the privacy that we wanted, we also enjoyed the possibility to hang out with the other guests and especially with the villa's owner (and soul!). The view was breath-taking and the host could not have been more helpful and friendly. To have such an excellent villa all to ourselves was indeed the stuff of mythology. The rooms were delightful and spacious. The swimming pool a joy to use and the patio seating luxurious. Kea is an unspoilt Greek Island and we will certainly be returning as a week was not long enough. In truth we wanted to stay for a very long time indeed.

Location is great in center of the chora, Ioulida, which is not on the coast but close by it. It is a hill town. From the property you can walk to great cafes etc but it is also very quiet and the view to the sea is stunning. Too bad I could not stay longer.
