Honestly, we could not have chosen a more wonderful place then this!! The accommodation was super close to the sea and there was an amazing view from the balcony at the sea. This way you get to enjoy the sea from above and still have access to the beach. The room was crystal clear, they cleaned the entire room every 3 days and the hosts gave us beach towels that we could use at the pool and at the beach as well. The kindness of the hosts was also amazing, they were so attentive, helped us in everything (they even helped me to find a boat). The location was perfect too because on this side of the island the sea is at a good temperature vs the western side beaches are really cold (my sisters could barely swim there). The atmosphere is very calm, a truly great place to relax. You feel like perfectly in the nature because they surrounded it with flowers and olive trees which makes it so authentic. We will suggest this place to our friends and families to visit!!

If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet with amazing views definitely Locanda is the choice! I loved my stay here, the staff are extra friendly and helpful, the apartment is clean and has stunning views from the balcony. The pool was very beautiful and definitely I would come back to this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Stefanos' place - Jo and all of the staff were so welcoming! We discovered that the restaurant is not like a typical hotel afterthought, it's a beautiful stand-alone taverna with lots of delicious options for lunch and/or dinner until late in the evening, along with breakfast the next morning. There is a stunning sea view from both inside the restaurant and outside, on the multi-level patio (the rooms are behind it, further up the hill). Speaking of the hill, it is a rather steep one! We discovered that after we picked up our rental car near the airport then drove the half hour to check out the place for lunch on the way to Kalami - we had to turn off the air conditioning for our little Peugeot 208 to make it up the driveway. :-)

We thought the apartment and it's small balcony were wonderful and then came the cherry on the top. A beautiful oversized ocean-facing private rooftop terrace. For the terrace and it's heated outdoor shower alone the accommodation is worth a stay. With no few prior reviews we thought the apartment must be either new or have it's defaults, so we decided to take the risk. And as the saying goes - no risk no fun - and where happy to discover the latter was the case. A very cleverly and we'll designed apartment perfectly suited for two persons. It's clear an interior decorator was given carte-blanche and the results are a testimony of good taste. The air-conditioned bedroom with double bed has ample cupboard space. The bathroom has a well planed shower cabin and even a discreetly tucked away washing machine. The kitchen would allow for any meal to be prepared, but then again why cook when the Island offers so much in the line of restaurants, tavern's and beachfront bars. The lounge which opens up on a small balcony has a comfortable sofa and television should the views not be enough. At this point everyone is happy and pleased with the sought out accommodation. This feeling is about to be surpassed as one heads up the quaint spiral steps leading to the rooftop terrace. One seldom gets to have the use of such a luxury facility ALL TO YOURSELVES. And the view.....well you are going to have to see it for yourself because I cannot do it justice in words. Ohhhh, and before I forget......nothing beats a nightly hot shower outside. Or first thing in the morning for that matter. The small town is also very quaint and free from the hoards of tourists. All in all we could not have made a better choice for our stay on Corfu

The whole apartment was very clean, comfortable and furnished with good taste. Appliances are modern and new, including a large TV with good Internet connection. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, large fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher. There is also an iron, ironing board, washing machine and hair dryer. We stayed 10 nights and we didn't miss anything. The sheets and towels were changed after a few days. The owner, Alexa, was very friendly with us and helpful. Thank you very much! The location is on the main street in Barbati, easy to access. Even though the building is next to the street, there was no noise, because the bedroom is placed on the mountain side. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a balcony facing the street and the sea, and on the ground floor is a small traditional Greek bakery, with coffee, ice cream and delicious Greek pies. In the area there are two mini markets and several restaurants with very good food, not very expensive. The beach is close, a 5-minute walk away, and it was not crowded either in July or August. The beach is not sandy but with small pebbles, which did not bother us, and the water is extremely clean and clear, very salty, without big waves. On the beach there are sunbeds with umbrellas, 2 bars and a restaurant. There is also a piece of undeveloped beach. The location does not have its own parking, but I found a parking space on the side of the street, without payment.

the hotel was wonderful,the view from the room and the pool bar was magnificent,the food was delicious and the employees at the hotel very kind and friendly,the room was beautiful and very comfortable.I highly recommend it,at the first opportunity we will definitely visit the hotel again
