This place is a gem! The location is perfect: quiet yet right around the corner from the village! The studio has everything you need including appliances and dishes. Beautiful sea/sunrise view from the front rooms. A sweet welcome basket with wine upon arrival! The owners live upstairs and are the sweetest, kindest couple (with a cute dog too :)) - they took great care in tidying the room every day, even did a hefty load of laundry for us for no charge which we appreciate so much, and tracked us down quickly when we forgot something in the room. We loved our stay and would certainly stay there again!

Great apartment, great location, very clean for recommendations, host is very friendly and every second day cleaning room... Internet is good for surfing around 1,5-2Mbit at evening when all online not for youtube or streaming, bed is big and nice can can be more soft...

The owner was very friendly. We did not expect a accomondation like this for the price we paid. It was very cheap and we had two balconies. One with sea view. The other with a view on the small city. It was very clean and so cute furnished. The city is also so cute. We loved our stay there. Would recommend this appartement to 1000%.

Great location within Agia Efimia, also great location to visit the island. Assos is 20 minutes away, Sami 10 minutes, Melissani Cave 7 minutes and even Argostoli half an hour. The apartment terrace overlooks the harbor and you can hear Makis, the harbor responsible, yelling at the boat captains that do not steer their ship correctly. Quiet enough even though there are tavernas nearby. The bathroom was renovated, not your average bathroom with plastic curtains that stick to you. The owner is very friendly and can support with whatever questions you might have.

The apartment was on the 2nd floor. It was very clean, the wifi signal was excellent, also the ACC. The balcony was quite big, so you could watch the street. The view from it was good. There was a parking beside the apartment and the centre and marina of Ag. Efimia was about 5 min walking. It was so good that covid protocols and safety measures were presented to us, also a small brochure with information, desinfectant gel ect. The landlord is very kind, talkative and friendly person. He helped us with everything we needed, gave us all information about the place, restaurants, beaches, what to do, where to go. Even when we were leaving, he gave us a little present. Thank you ❤️
