beautiful property exactly like the pictures, Eva was a lovely host who would also cook us traditional Greek meals and welcomed us with a lovely dinner after a late arrival. She went above and beyond for us which was amazing, would highly recommend this stay.

-The host was friendly and responsive, with a nice welcoming cake in the beginning - There was a good amount of food available for us upon arrival including the mentioned before cake, water, some fruits. The kitchen was equipped with coffee, olive and sugar. - The kitchen was well equipped, with frying pans and pots. However there were some things missing (like toster) - Location was good - 15 minutes walking to the seaside. Close to big supermarkets with good prices (3 min by car or 10 minutes by walk), and relatively close to Iraklion, Water City Annapolis and other tourist attractions. It is also close to the highway, so easy to reach by car - It was nice to have terrace and the kids liked the chickens and ducks - A lot of toys and other things for the children to play. - Enough space for a big family - It definitely has its own charm - although honestly it was definitely not for us.

The property is very well taken care by the owner. The apartment was roomy and clean and had a furnished backyard to sit and enjoy the morning coffee

Very modern villa. Clean and beautiful views. Patio area and pool were excellent. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well throughout the entire villa. Gated access for security and lots of parking. Close to the stores, restaurants and cafes of Gournes and central located (15-20min drive) between the cities of Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos. We truly loved our stay at this property and would highly recommend.

Very nice, clean house, perfect place for family. We were very satisfied with everything. Very helpfull Andreas and Maria. Enjoyed small jacuzzi a lot. The only thing we would suggest to rent a car , it's more convinient, if you stay there. Not far from from the house we found place where you can rent a car even without deposit.
