We felt very welcome here. They had gone to a lot of trouble to make it comfortable with thoughtful touches. Right by the sea there was no traffic or aircraft noise. There is a supermarket round the corner, and the best fish and chips just down the road!

Phil was a fantastic host and what a perfect spot for some tranquility away from every day life. We saw a barn owl, deer, hares and numerous birds over the fields from the enclosed garden we had. Ideal for the dog and plenty of privacy. Just a walk over the field to get down to the beach. Ten minutes drive out of Withernsea if you want seaside facilities, personally we just wanted peace and quiet which is exactly what we got.

Exceptional value for money. Free WiFi smart TV with Disney,Netflix and prime included. Chalet was clean and tidy, a little small but everything you need.Comfy bed,really quiet site. Wendy very attentive and friendly even leaving cakes and biscuits for our arrival! Would recommend for a restful break. Hoping to return later in year. Thanks Wendy.

Beautifully decorated caravan with all your sheets and towels provided. It's over at the beach side of the park so not too far to walk down. They advertised a cot then said there was only a cot bed but actually its a travel cot and it was perfect for us.
