Second stay here. The location was perfect for the Margate Soul Festival . The station is right next door and just one stop to Margate. Donna is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble for her. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds.and very very clean. Exclusive use of the wetroom for the two rooms. Donna does not provide breakfast but she let's you use the kitchen if you want to make your own. Good to chat to her there also.. It's exceptional value for money and considering where it is. It could be a lot dearer. As I said Donna is the perfect host and has the most beautiful soul. We will be back next year!

Absolutely beautiful inside and out! We were so surprised by how lovely it actually was. Everything was immaculate, the fridge was stocked with drinks, the bed was so so comfy, and there was even a dishwasher. No detail had been missed! The host responded quickly and returned our deposit on the same day we departed, very helpful and friendly. The evening entertainment was great for our little one too. We will definitely return again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place was absolutely perfect (it's not a joke!)! Everything was clean and tidy - extra soft towels, super comfy bed, a lovely owner and tiny surprises. The room (and the bathroom as well) was absolutely clean and disinfected. When we will visit Margate again, I'm sure, we will choose Liz's place again.

Perfect stay, lovely hosts. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfier than mine at home. All the facilities in the room were great. The room was perfect.

They let us check in early, and the place was absolutely beautiful and spotless, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was very comfy, and it took us just about half an hour to stroll to the old town. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and parking was right outside the place. Highly recommend!

Very well kitted out for a caravan. All very clean upon arrival. Plenty of space and has 2 toilets! They have a shop in the caravan site which sells food and stuff and I kid you not it’s probably cheaper than Asda and considering there’s no other shops for miles, they could charge what they like. So big respect to them.
