Location was excellent --- perfect for coastal visits, historic buildings, walks and the like. Easy access to shops for provisions. Immaculate property and really convenient layout. Great parking.

It was a lovely quiet location just a few moments in the car away from family that we were visiting. We know the area very well and chose it especially. The hosts were on hand should we have needed them which we did not because everything worked just fine. We would stay again in a flash next time we are in England.

Kerrie, the owner, was so helpful and great at answering our questions and giving us tips. The flat was warm, very comfortable and clean. It was great to have a washing machine, but there is no dryer. However, a drying rack is provided. The location is great as there is public transport very nearby to get into Brighton. The beaches and villages at this location are also lovely to visit. It is much less expensive than staying in Brighton, so it is a great value for money.

This is a very lovely apartment and it is very well equipped with everything one would need. It is walking distance to the sea. Different restaurants/bars/caffees just a few minutes a way. We loved everything, even the rainy and windy weather could not ruin it for us :).

Location is amazing. Right on the beach. Like being on a boat. The restaurant (and cafe) underneath is brilliant - only open breakfast and lunch - everything we had there was delicious. The main room is living/kitchen/dining - very big. Full length french windows onto balcony hanging over beach. There is a full bathroom and additional loo. The large public car park is opposite and easy to pay for full day parking. There is a parkrun by front door on Saturdays. There is a skate park very close.
