Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had a lovely relaxing time. The shower in our room was amazing, beds very very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic, especially the home made muffins 😋 I will definitely be returning

The property was beautifully renovated to a high standard.and it was spotlessly clean. Lovely location for walking on the Cleveland way and to the beautiful beach. We loved the outside comfy area under cover were we spent most of our evenings.

The Lodge is set in a lovely & quiet position. Very relaxing, in a good place for going out to the beach without going out for the day. Nice walks around the area. The Lodge has everything you need to be comfortable.

We had a fantastic four night stay at this stunning farmhouse. Julie and Iain were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The large rosedale room was spotlessly clean. It had a comfy bed, sofa, large bathroom and a good view of the countryside. The breakfast was great too. This place had good wifi, free parking and a great location. We walked the Cleveland way to Staithes from our B&B with some panoramic views on the coastal route. A pub is nearby which was convenient and there’s a bus stop there too. We took a bus to Whitby and back on a day trip out. We would return here again. Highly recommend.
