The location was very good, it has ample parking on site, the host was very hospitable helpful and welcoming, the rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable and the cooked breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return.

Newton Cottage was beautiful. Jane was out when we arrived, so Jonathan and their daughter Alexandra took great care of us. The helped us find a place to eat and arranged both the reservations for the restaurant and the taxi. My aunt stayed on the second floor and my husband and I had the third. We loved that we had a separate sitting room. Since he was an early-riser, he could get up and have a cup of coffee while I slept in just a little. The house and gardens are just beautiful (the wisteria was in bloom). It was so fun to walk around with Jonathan and hear about the history of the house.
