This was the best stay of our whole holiday. The hostess was so nice! She made sure that we had everything we needed and more. They are dog friendly, the bed was great, the shower was amazing, and the room was very spacious. Also, the breakfast was very generous! Because of the central location, everything was in driving distance. Thank you for making our stay on Skye even better!

Skirinish Farm Cottage is an exceptional self-catering property. The old cottage has been magnificently restored and fitted out to the highest standard with top quality fixtures, furniture and linens. It is very comfortable and has lots of space for 2 people. Lots of extras were provided to help with the self-catering. It has a good Internet connection, a washing machine and a dryer and would be very suitable for a long term stay. It is in a very peaceful rural setting, but only 15 minutes drive from the facilities in the main town of Portree. The location is good, too, for accessing the major attractions on Skye.

Everything. It was a dream. We were so sad to leave. The flat is extremely well-equipped and beautifully appointed. We had a recovery day after about a week of hectic travel, and we built a fire, put some music on, and watched the boats come in and out of the harbor all day. Heaven.

It was a perfect quiet little spot for our trip to Skye. I was glad to be out of touristy Portree and have the option to cook simple meals when we wanted to. I loved the view of the ocean, and the welcoming touches such as the breakfast basket and the vegan cupcakes on arrival. I also appreciate the hiking maps and poles you loaned to us for our trip to the Quarraing.
