The host was extremely kind and helpful and had a very high level of hospitality. The kitchen and toilet was completely stacked with whatever we needed and the free breakfast was always appreciated. Location is great only a 10 minute walk to a station that connects you directly with Nice. Would happily stay again.

Quiet, privacy and most important amazingly kind and interesting host couple; both made us feel at home immediately. We could talk for hours if we wanted but at the same time they were so respectful of our privacy. Before we even though about something missing they would be there to help proactively .

Staying at this property was a very big highlight of our long trip around Europe, the host waited around until 9:30pm to give us the keys on arrival, she was an extremely welcoming kind person that really wanted us to have the best possible stay. On our first day she drove us to the centre of Nice, showed us the bus route/station as we didn't stay with a car and she even gave us a bus pass that allows 10 trips therefore we didn't have to pay for travel at all around all the different cities we visited. The view is extremely breath taking and the location is very close to Eze Village along with Mococo both by bus and the travel was very easy. The free wifi worked perfectly and although the buses stop travelling up the mountain at 8pm, the view of this accomodation is so great that we loved being home early every night to watch the sunset over the whole of Nice centre. When leaving we didn't realise we left our passports in the property but luckily she came running down to the bus stop for us to return it before we got on the bus. overall 10/10 would recommend any couple wanting a nice getaway in a slightly quiter part of nice with easy access to get to everywhere close.

Fantastic views and everything we needed at this charming self-contained studio apartment. It felt secluded, but was in the heart of Eze village, with restaurants and shops a few moments' walk away, and the path up through the old village to the Exotic Gardens at the top. We travelled from the UK by train to Nice and took the bus to Eze; there are also buses to Eze beach and elsewhere, eg Monaco, and the bus stops are just at the top of the driveway. There are beautiful walks up or down the hill, but it's very steep, so you need good footwear and plenty of water - the views are worth it! The helpful hosts live downstairs and will suggest places to eat, etc, and be evident or not as you choose.
