The location was better than expected, the apartment sits directly on the bay and across from the picturesque set of bridges in the Samaná Bay. It's walking distance to the most interesting parts of the town. Check-in was smooth and the apartment is clean, well decorated and perfectly laid out. The porch overlooking the main strip is the icing on the cake. Hosts went out of their way to communicate with tour operators and offered suggestions about things to do and where to eat. If there is availability book this place, you won't regret it. Small thing - but probably the best showers I've had in the DR so far.

Everything! Ana and her family have done a fantastic job furnishing and maintaining their beautiful apartment overlooking the town and harbor of Samana. Three large bedrooms, beautifully/comfortably furnished, each with its own bathroom. Comfortable living room furniture. Incredible view from the balconies, nicely furnished kitchen. Little details like a water cistern. Nice laundry room in unit. Great, gated parking. Easy drive down the hill to town. Reliable wi-fi. Lovely outdoor common area. Nice staff. And incredibly gracious and attentive hosts!

He came to pick us up, he drove us to a really nice tavern with amazing food, he provided recommendations and anything else we asked. It was just great!! The flat is very spacious and it has everything required for a great stay. The view from the balcony was also so nice!
