Spent a wonderful weekend at Pension Schlömmer. As other reviews already mention, the breakfast was excellent, view was amazing, there was access to a (probably private) beach, and there is a ferry service nearby to take you to St. Wolfgang. In addition, we travelled by public transport and it's just a 15 min walk from the bus stop. We were pleasantly surprised when the owner offered to drop us at the bus stop during our return. We would like to visit Wolfgangsee again, and when we visit, we would definitely stay at Pension Schlömmer.

The location is perfect, view from the room of the cows and the lake, a short walk to a private beach on the lake. The lake is clear and wasn't cold so we had a nice swim. The room is comfortable and the owner was very nice.

The house has fairy-tale location. It’s a scenic spot in itself. This is a B&B and it perfectly does its job with added benefit of kitchen in case of our room. Chek in, parking, sleeping, staying, cooking, and bathroom…. everything was perfect and so was the Host…. it’s 40 km to Hallstatt, but if you have car then it’s not an issue….. also lot of nearby activities….. superb choice for short or long stay…..

Location was very good. Apartment is comfortable. Bathroom (shower) is big, good and warm. Kitchen is well equipped. View from the apartment is amazing. Owners are nice and friendly. Very good value for money.

- Location of apartment is perfect, just 3 minutes from the lake - Private beach with sun loungers - It is also good point to visit other cities in salzkamergut - Room was very clean, modern, renovated, fully equipped - There is possibility to rent bikes from hosts for free - very in plus Overall - fully recommended !

Great service, location, rooms, and host! We loved being so close to the lake and there is a ferry within walking distance to take you over the lake. Beautiful area and stay! Hosts were super friendly and accommodating!

Very clean and nicely made apartment, it felt like being in a beautiful Austrian cottage. We had no lake view but the lake was a minute walk and the center of town was also very close. There is also easy parking. I wanted to show my wife Salzburg but the accomodation there was double the price. We decided to stay here and take bus to Salzburg. But St Gilgen and the neighbooring villages (linked by cruise boat) are less crowdy, more beautiful with fewer tourists. Halstatt is also 30 minutes from there
