The aparthotel has a barbecue, outdoor fireplace and sun terrace. Roost is an unexpected treasure in the city of Brotherly Love. It is clean, well-designed, and the decor is minimal and tasteful. The kitchen is amazing--Fisher-Paykel fridge and gas range, Bosch DW, washer/dryer, and Mom's Organic Foods across the street--I was tempted to stay forever. Also there's a heated pool (yes, people were swimming in January!) and a great gym. Great neighborhood with so many restaurants for take-out and delivery. A short walk to Reading Terminal Market, which has gotten too touristy, but still has good meats and fish, and some produce, but Mom's was really the best, and close by--a locally-owned Whole Foods type place. We were there for a stay at Jefferson U. Hospital, which is a block away, and a safe walk day or night, so it's a wonderful location for a visiting family member. Seems like many doctors stay at Roost. There are two others in the city. And affordable--cheaper than any of the major hotels. For an extended stay, it can't be beat. Everyone is masked and safe. As a Dragon Ball Z fan myself, it was great to see Goku's face as I entered the room. The sofa and tables were well-put and very clean. The kitchen had all the necessities needed to make a meal and the big fridge was very handy. The bedroom looked beautiful and I'm glad there was a TV included not just in the living room but the bedroom as well. Last but not least, the clouds you see in the bedroom were very pretty and great to see as you look up from the bed. It was my first ever in Philadelphia and I was very glad to have rented this suite out, would definitely recommend this suite to anyone.

Everything from the cleanliness, theme and decor, lighting, and amenities is amazing. I'll be choosing this stay over a hotel any day. It's about a $10 Uber ride to Center City, which was amazing!
