Looks to be a new building, had the luxury of taking the elevator. It was clean, very nicely decorated, and had everything we needed! Right in front of the entrance, there's a small shop that has almost everything you might need (no sunscreen, apparently). The apartment is within walking distance to the centre, train station, and the beach. Plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. The host was super friendly and very hospitable! My partner is Tunisian, so we had no issues in communicating. He even recommended some places where we could eat; we tried most, and I can confidently say his recommendations were good!
