Smiley Frog was a great place to stay. The room is spacious with a desk and table. The patio is nice to sit out at the table and chairs and there is also a beautiful garden with many chairs and areas to sit. There's also a dock down at the river with tables and chairs and a nice sunset view. The family that runs the place is kind and helpful.

Amazing location. We took advantage of the free bike rental and took a bike ride late afternoon and early morning. Dinner was amazing.
The fact that the guesthouse is really close to the station bus helps these two girls arriving from Chiang Mai very early in the morning. The host was really helpful and being so understanding. She let us pray, freshen up at the lobby area before letting us checking in around 9 (because the guest check out early). Thank you so much.
It was an amazing stay. The apartment was super clean, the amenities were great and the breakfast was superb. The hospitality of the host and staff were exceptional as well.
The location is right across a great local restaurant, the bike rental, and 7eleven, pharmacy are a short walking distance away. The room was basic, clean, complimentary water. Balcony was very small. Staff was kind, welcoming and helpful. Pool was nice. Quiet at night. Breakfast had plenty of choice. They have a private parking. All in all an amazing stay for the price. We drove to Sai Yok, which is quite far to drive to with a scooter but the roads are in a very good shape.
The scenery and views from the room/apartment/galmping tent as well as from the restaurant were simply stunning. The activities in the morning and late afternoon fun and varied - we tried kayaking (strong current! 😁), quad riding and zip line… Pool was really nice as well. The staff was really lovely - inviting and always cheerful!! The food at breakfast and dinner great. Such a tranquil and relaxing place!
A property full of character and in a historic street, we really enjoyed the experience of staying in such a great location. The apartment had lots of thoughtful touches and we were comfortable throughout our stay. It was a memorable way to experience Kanchanaburi. The host was very welcoming and the food and drinks from the café below were delicious.
Really lovely and helpful owner. Free drinking water. Free coffee & tea. Free washing machine. You can use the kitchen (toaster, microwave, fridge..). Clean room, bath room & common area. They provide shower gel and shampoo as well. Offers scooter and bicycle rental. Close to a 7-11.
The rooms at RKH are a little dated and tired, but adequately comfortable and pleasant, especially if only for a short stay, as ours was. Beds are big and comfy. Pool is the highlight. Breakfast is a bit so so, with a limited selection, but it was at least included in the price.

The apartment is really nice. Each bedroom got it's own bathroom, too. I also loved the pool table and the fact that we had our own parking spot. Glasses, water and tea were also provided. We did not buy anything there, but at the reception, you could also buy toiletries as well as instant noodles and beer.
