Nicole is the owner and is super friendly and approachable. She made our stay much better. The property faces the sea and there’s Fond Ferdinand 15 min walk away (uphill) or 5 min if you’re driving. We ordered dinner and breakfast and the food was just amazing. The staff is very friendly also. Special thanks to Nicole for preparing a birthday cake on a last notice the night before. It’s touching to meet such great people. My next stay in Seychelles will be at sea splash for sure.

Towels are provided. This is basically a 5 star selfcatering hotel. The property is super clean, the suites are spacious all with their balconies on upper floors or verandas on ground floors, all equipment is new and functional, the furniture is massive wood commonwealth style, marble floors etc etc The suites are cleaned thoroughly everyday, and i mean thoroughly, the staff literally polishes the furniture everyday. Villa has direct access to the beautiful beach. Its not private as such, but in reality it is. Guests can enjoy hotels loungers, hammocks, outside shower, barbecue etc for free The place looks better in real than on pictures. And as for Cindy, her husband and the staff… I have no words.. You guys are the best. Thank you again, and we will come next time for sure. ohh almost forgot.. the turtles.. there are two biiiiig turtles in the yard P.S. ask the boss about the fish 😉

At the apartment complex, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. 1. The apartment itself: very spacious, very well equipped, very clean. We did not miss anything during our 4 night stay. 2. The location: it's very close to a small beach which is amazing for a late afternoon/sunset swim. You can even hear the ocean at night if you leave the window open. 3. The tortoises :) and last but not least 4. The hosts: we would like to thank our hosts for making our (short) stay so memorable. We were greeted with coconut water after having travelled for the past 24 hours without stopping - it was more we could ever ask for. Another evening we asked whether there was a place to grill some fish that we would get at the market, instead we got a full on delicious creole dinner. And right at the end of the trip I realized I had forgotten my jeans there (we had already moved to La Digue and there was no way we could go back to Praslin before the flight), the owner caught a plane to Mahe and met me in the airport to return them to me. We would definitely come back here if we ever come back to the Seychelles.

It was very spacious, all kitchen utensils were available for cooking, walking distance from the port, many shops nearby, good wifi available, very kind stuff, nothing broken - all in working conditions.
