The location was super nice, and I assume the guy who works at the reception owns the hotel, because he was very helpful and nice to show me every tourist location on the map. the room itself was big, clean, and very comfortable.

Easy pick up of keys, concierge service from 10.30-17, and an option to store luggage if needed. Breakfast worked well - placed in the fridge each afternoon and the bread hung on the door. We enjoyed our stay in the appartment and highly recommend it.

At Residentas Áurea, guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. The Áurea features air conditioning and free WiFi in all areas. Exceptional stay, an amazing location and very good communication from the rental company. We were offered a change of towels two days into the stay and received a couple of small gifts. Ease of communication and fast response are what set this place apart. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, good breakfest with possibilities for glutenfree. Fresh bread every day. The staff was very friendly. Our first meeting with the hotel was a big smile.

The units can have views over either Lisbon's streets, Figueira Square or even The iconic São Jorge Castle, for some of the suites. The hotel manager sent us the check-in instructions even 48 hrs prior to check-in. It was easy to locate the hotel as it's right at the foot of Rossio metro station. We arrived as early as 9am and the reception was already there ready to meet us and allowed us to leave our luggage. The common area is amazing! It shows the scenic view of Rossio Square coupled with the history of the apartment itself. The rooms were ready before 3pm and we were allowed to check in. The rooms were huge! Huge! We had a one bedroom and there's so much space. There's a kitchen, mini ref, dining table, and probably the biggest bathroom I've stayed in ever. The beds are comfortable, wifi is reliable, the location is superb! And overall we had a great experience.
