The bathroom was spacious and inviting, the bed unusually comfortable - a huge plus!! Plenty of wardrobe space, a little kitchenette, with coffee maker, water boiler and a fridge. The room was very charming: Each room has a different theme: mine was “Cortiça” - ‘cork’, a theme which ran throughout the cozy space. Luis was always very quick to reply and very helpful. I’d highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting the fabulous town of Elvas. I’ll be returning without a doubt.

It has everything needed to feel comfy, even a nice little terrace that was especially charming for having breakfast in the sun. Brilliant location and easy to park where instructed that is only 20 meters from apartment. You will need cash, and there is an ATM in the village. The castle is amazing and the sunset from there is stunning. Dinner at Dom Manuel Hotel highly recommended. The apartment was warm and comfortable and the views from every window and the terrace were breathtaking. Another great thing is there is plenty of room to spread our. You will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay in Castelo de Vide, it is such a pretty little town with flowers everywhere. Our accommodation at Casa da Rua Nova was spacious, comfortable, and its location great.
