The nearest airport is Verøy Airport, 2.4 km from the property. We had a cosy and modern room that was very clean. The hosts are friendly and forthcoming. They gave us many hints about activities on the island and helped with booking of the helicopter when the ferry was delayed. Perfect stay in Vaeroy, which I would definitely recommend.

Very nice dinner at Fiskekrogen. (Apple Maps struggled with the final 100 feet. Restaurant front door not easy to find. You will find it. it is worth it) The apartment was very modern. Good view to the sea. Host is a gardener, nice landscaping.

The location is secluded but it isn’t far from the main road E10. Both front and back views from the house are magnificent. To photograph from the dusk 3:30a to 6:30a without driving is a blessing. You have your own pier and it is the last house on the land so basically noone around you. We caught aurora borealis from the apartment, as it is facing the right way. You wake up and look at the beautiful sky, mountain in front of you and the sea. Gorgeous!
