At the apartment, there is a dressing room for guests to change in. Easy code access to the building and the unit. No need for physical keys. Host was very accessible by text message. Very clean and nice luxury building with an elevator. They were doing some renovations in the building when we were there so we weren’t able to see it in all of its glory, but the unit was pristine with 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 baths. Location was better than expected being that it is not in central Seoul. There were tons of restaurants in a variety of styles, cafes as well as a grocery store in the area within a 2-4 block walk. 95 bus takes you straight to the Sosa stop on the 1 train which gets you to central Seoul in 30 min or so.
Suwon

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed for a short stay. It is a perfect location, right near the walking gate so great if you're visiting people on base.
Ample room for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Kids loved the loft space and bed.
The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. The apartment itself was very nice. There were 6 of us and it worked perfectly. The home theater system was amazing.
Spacious room with many facilities. Everything worked well. Huge flatscreen. The bathroom was also very nice. Area around with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.
Great location near variety of cafes and shops, although not very close to subway. Cozy and sweet room with all necessary amenities. And nice little present from hotel - cosmetic "woman" bag with tooth brush and paste, cotton discs and other useful things (like condoms 😆)
It was a studio room with a kitchenette including a washer. The staff was very friendly. My room was on the 12th floor which was really nice too.
The booking was simple. Hassle-free for anything and everything. The owner even brought me some homemade bulgogi which was very good! The bed was extremely comfortable and not the typical Korean-style bed. The pillows were actually full and plump pillows and the comforter were comforting! As small as the room was, I had everything: stovetop, microwave, apartment size refrigerator, big TV, and even a computer with internet!
